02What information do we process?

The contact form contains selected services, building type, town or property address, approximate roof area if provided, preferred timing, your description, name and email address and/or telephone number. You choose what to include in free text. Do not send personal identity numbers, health information or other sensitive data.

For email and telephone enquiries we process contact details and the information you provide. Operational and security logs may contain IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages, browser information and errors. Form security uses a session identifier, a security token and a hash of the IP address to limit abuse.

03Why, and on what legal basis?

• Enquiries and quotations: understanding your needs, answering questions and preparing a contract at your request. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies when you are the prospective contracting party.
• Business contacts and general questions: our legitimate interest in communicating with customers and representatives of businesses or housing associations. Article 6(1)(f).
• Website operation and security: our legitimate interest in protecting the form, preventing spam and resolving faults. Article 6(1)(f).
• Legal obligations and claims: information later required for customer work may be processed to comply with applicable law, Article 6(1)(c), or establish, exercise or defend specific legal claims, Article 6(1)(f).

Form enquiries are not used for automated advertising mailings. Marketing consent is not required to receive a response.

04Who can receive information?

Authorised people within the company handling your enquiry and providers needed for the website, email, operation and technical maintenance. Website hosting and the receiving mailbox are provided by WEBD.pl, Globtel Internet Szymon Hersztek in Poland. The form sends your enquiry to kontakt@jdproffs.se and does not create a separate customer database on the website.

Professional advisers or authorities may receive information where a particular matter or legal obligation requires it. We do not sell your data. The website’s own code has no external analytics tools, advertising pixels, embedded maps, externally loaded fonts or external video services.

05Transfers outside the EU/EEA

The form sends information to the company mailbox through WEBD.pl in Poland, within the EU. The website does not send form contents to analytics, advertising or AI services. For email correspondence, your chosen email provider may also process the message.

Before using a provider processing your data outside the EU/EEA, we must ensure a lawful transfer basis, such as an adequacy decision or European Commission standard contractual clauses with supplementary safeguards where needed. Contact us for information about recipients and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

06How long is information kept?

Enquiries and correspondence are kept while the matter is being handled and necessary follow-up continues. Once those purposes end, the information is to be deleted unless needed for ongoing customer work, a legal obligation or a specific legal claim. Only information needed for that purpose is retained. Retention is assessed according to the matter’s status, applicable obligations and the nature of any claim.

Technical security data supports operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. The form’s IP-hash files contain timestamps, not message contents: the limit uses a 15-minute window and files older than one hour are cleaned during later form requests. This does not guarantee physical deletion exactly after one hour. Hosting logs and backups follow the provider’s deletion procedures; contact us for information about a particular matter.

The website code does not save form text in localStorage. It remains in the page’s memory until you leave or reload; your browser’s own restoration or autofill may work separately. Submitted messages are delivered to the company mailbox. See the cookie page for browser storage.

07Your rights

You can request access, correction and, where applicable, deletion, restriction and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are not absolute; legal obligations and other rights may limit them. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Write to kontakt@jdproffs.se. We normally respond within one month. If a lawful extension is needed, we explain it and the reasons within the first month. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. You can complain to Sweden’s authority IMY, or the authority where you live or work in the EU/EEA.

08Do you have to provide information?

Contacting us is voluntary. The form needs a service or the unsure option, building type, town or address, preferred timing, description, name and at least one contact method so we can receive and answer your enquiry. Roof area and a second contact method are optional. Without the required information the form cannot be submitted; you can call or email instead.

We make no solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects and do no profiling. The spam limit may restrict repeated form attempts, but does not decide whether you may buy a service.

09Changes and contact
